I was thinking about how I was as a person 1 year ago and I was 1000% better person a year ago. I've turned nasty and irritable and am accomplishing a lot less & have a lot less energy.

Getting back to where I was 1 year ago would make me feel happier.

My life's good (very good by most people's standards); blood tests are fine; I have an easy life (too easy I think).
I guess I have permanent PMS or something since the Summer.

Well...ever thought about what used to make you happy a year ago?
You probably did...and you couldn't find a clear answer...was it just....life ???
I'm a pretty miserable person...and I didn't used to be like this, but I'm thinking every day what could make me happy again....so...

1. Alcohol....haha....it's good if you wanna be happy for a day. Unfortunetely it's just a fake happiness and it damages your brain too.

2. Friends, but not anybody who pretends to be your friend.... Best friends, who can always make you feel good and when you know that you're not alone, that you have somebody who actually cares about you...it just makes you happy ^_^ .

3. Activities/hobbies......something you really enjoy doing, that could keep you busy so you won't even have time to be sad =) .

4. Physical exercise. I know that you probably won't have the energy to do that, but it actually makes you feel more alive after. Try to make it fun somehow, like just go for a longer walk with a friend, talking about all kind of stuff....like happy memories =) .

5. Sex....you could replace you fitness classes with having sex every day :D and good sex does make you happy....you know it !!!!!!!!! :D :P

6. Shopping...oh god i do hate shopping so much !!! but when I'm going with my sister it's actually makes me feel better sometimes :P . I guess all her "shopping enthusiasm" amuses me :P.

7. MUSIC...yyyeesssssss I do LOVE music. It makes me calm and happy =) . But then....I doubt it that I could live all my life alone, just with CDs, guitar, amp.....etc.

Now...looking at what silly things I wrote there :P, i see that everything relates in a way or another to other people. So, I guess that my happiness pretty much depends on the others...
I think that I would be happy if I'd meet somebody , who can understand me, who would know me better than I know myself, who could tell me why I feel like this, who would always support me, who would believe in me more than I do, who would be there for me when I'm down....but that doens't mean that I need another shadow...

I used to be happy as a kid....but when we grow up we're just complicating our own lives...

And in the end...maybe we'll never be happy if all we do is searching what happiness is made of instead of trying to live and enjoy our lives...

Winning the lottery would make me MUCH happier!

Other than that I feel pretty happy by trying to take time to count my blessings each day and meditate for a few minutes each evening. It really works! I am so much happier since I started doing this!

hi - sounds like you may have had somthing happen in your life that has made you feel this way. The fact that you can see and say that your feeling and acting this way is the first step to making it better. Everyone has there ups and downs - right now is your down... and that is ok, you dont always have to be on an up in your life. Write down all the good things in your life and then write down all the bad things..if the bad outways the good ones then you need to think about changing them and you can. - just remember its ok to feel down and it is good that you see the way you are being. just think about all the good in your life and know that it WILL be ok in the end.

If I could finally let go of all those things that bother me. It's hard to remind myself in the moment, but none of it really matters.
The important thing is to be happy, doing what I want to, right now.
