who's better superman or batman? or someone else?

I'll make an argument for Spiderman. He's tough,catches thieves just like flies and hasn't had the advantages of either Superman or Batman. Superman has an entirely magical power set and Batman grew up in a privileged home never having to overcome the poverty and need to succeed that Spiderman has had.
Spiderman is a true working class hero and therefore wins my vote for the best superhero.

Superman, Batman is just another man with fancy toys and a big bank account. Superman has super powers can fly run fast and incredible strenght, not even close.

Batman. he's the equivalent of a New Yorker with a tortured soul. Plus, he gets all the chicks. Superman can basically toss planets at people but Lois is a complete mystery to him. Not to mention I tend to mistrust the whole corn fed farm boy routine after it seemed to work so well for the Bush-Cheney camp!
