Two immediate responses come to mind -

in order to justify the question, first you would need to establish that existence actually exists, without finding yourself in a tautology.

And of course the second - why do you assume that existence (assuming that existence actually exists) has a purpose? Or is that part of assuming that existence is?

Sleep well - and let's all hope that when you wake up, we don't all disappear......

it is indeed a never ending tale as you already know.but the purpose? we can only guess as what do we base our beliefs on and we require answers.my belief is there is no purpose other than to survive and multiply even though we dont realize that there is no grand design we are simply here and will go on if it all sounds too simplistic then it is that is why it is the hardest question to answer we are looking for an answer that is staring us all in the faces its not complicated or beyond our reasoning and it was never meant to be. we are what it is all about you your parents brothers sisters children ,partners etc and this is the meaning of life it is not designed for us it is simply just so.

All things are connected by Gods unconditional love. the universe exist because God is expressing his vision of himself through it. The primary expression is Humanity. We are being wrought into the perfect being, in which God will express his perfect vision of himself. As the colors of the rainbow are contained within sunlight, so to all things are contained within the perfect light of Gods unconditional love.
