How can you be so shallow to say that your existence will finish forever, you must be a very sad person, i mean i truely believe that there is something after death, but some are just so confident that theres nothing, that death is the end of your life, your conciousness, your existence FOREVER! You will never think or breath or be alive in any form again, its sick to think such a thing. Even if you don't, at least try to, no one i know, only the most depressed people with crappy lives think such things.

Do you want your gf or ex gf to be with you to go through tough times? or do you want to go through it alone without anyone seeing tough things happened to you to maintain your "tough" image?

My ex bf is going through something traumatic, should i stay away, pretend i dont even know or send consolation emails? Which way would you prefer?

PS: after he broke up with me 2 weeks ago we havent talked. And i dont plan to start talking if it's not for this.

Note:although i do wanna get back with him, i dont want him to think i'm chasing him. I chased him back before and no good comes out of it. I want him to realize what he lost and come back himself. Please dont judge me for playing cutting off contact so he'll come back, he's very immature himself and loves to play mindgames. For example, once he called me but was all like i wanna talk to you but if you dont wanna talk, i'm fine with that too. But actually he was crazy about getting me back at that time. He just likes to play cool

I have a 32" LCD TV and I was thinking about getting a 5.1 system (logitech or creative) to get surround sound for movies. However, I don't want to go all out for a high powered home theatre system from Onkyo or Sony or something. $59.99-$99.99 for a simple 5.1 system sounds more palatable to me than $199+. And since I don't have a big place, I don't need the huge speakers. However, do the computer speakers deliver a credible surround sound experience?

I'm not sure why, but as a female, it has always been important to me that a man would think highly enough of me to "give" me his name, so to speak in marriage. And as I think about it, it's almost a covering in some ways that the man promises to take care of his wife for eternity. But I can also see another side - is the changing of a woman's name to a man's just another old formality where women are viewed as men's possessions? What do you think?

Ok I live in Opelousas, LA and I have a boyfriend and he lives in Lafayette, LA . We live like a few miles or two away. And we are both 17 years old and you see I dont know how to drive but my boyfirend does but he dosent have a car. So when I want to see him I have to go to my brother's house and it isn't that often that I go there for some reason's like I have to work, go to school, and sometimes I jsut dont have a way to get to Lafayette. And well I finally found a way there and so usually my my bf comes to see me and well last night he did and well it was little late when he came and well my brither and his wife got upset about him coming around that time and also they dotn even trust us enough that they dont ever really let us have time alone. So they said that I cant go to there house any more becuase of lastnight and if I cant go to there house any more then I cant see my boyfriend and I cant even go to his house becuase no one will not let me. I dont know what to do?

A friend of mine bleaches her teeth and always drinks from a straw because she believes it will prevent staining on her teeth from drinks like coffee, soda, tea, etc.

Do you think she is right? I think it may prevent stains if you don’t swish the drink around in your mouth, but its hard to prevent your teeth from touching whatever you are drinking.

My husband has had to drive through Denver on I-70 going West to get to a new job and he is stuck in the snow storm right now. He is on the West side of Denver heading towards Vail. He is headed to North Eastern Utah. If he doesnt make it by tomorrow morning he probably wont get the job that they are holding for him! Im so worried about him and the job. Do you think he will make it? Does anyone know at what point he will be safe, out of the storm and back into decent weather? Im just very worried about him. We dont live anywhere near where it snows, so I dont know much about it.

First, the whiteish linoleum floor on the bathroom floor of my apartment has some yellow stains that seem to be from a reaction to something and the bath mat that covered them. Anyone know how to get those off?
