Dont care about pop up windows. But I do like the leg picture! What happens if I click on them? Do they pop open? LOL (sorry I had to say it I am a red blooded American guy. What do you expect?)

I think it means that a file has finished downloading in a window that you have minimized. So you click on it to reopen that window.

I say always be safe and just X out of it on the corner. Remember it this way. Usually flash = crash.
