Hello Curious Woman!
I am emotional also, and I cry. So I know how you feel. I am so because I have a hurting heart and depression. Maybe you do too. I am on an anti-depressant med now. I can't cry now, rather, it's very hard for me to cry. Thing is, I really need a good cry every once in awhile. Crying is therapeutic for me. It gets rid of toxins and releases endorphins and I feel better after a good cry. So I wish the med didn't hamper my ability to cry but at least I'm not crying easily all of the time. You may want to look into the possibility that you have depression, Start with your family doctor and go from there. I wish you good luck!
I hope this helped!
Take care! :)

I don't know your age, but if you are having trouble controlling your emotions I wouldn't go on perscritpion anti-depressants.
The side effects are not worth it. Try doing alittle research and using a natural remedy. I have used anti-depressants before, they work for alittle while, but in the process I gained 30 pounds, needless to say that made me cry more. I am using a natural nerve system and stress support supplement from ProCaps
Laboratories, for me this has worked great.

I had that problem too it might be your age, I noticed when I got older I don't cry that much anymore even to what used to make me cry. But it might be my birth control causing less crying I dunno really. It is good to cry once in awhile instead of holding it all in. Good luck.

try an antidepressant like zoloft or prozac. these things help me. you should talk to your doctor about this. other mood stabilizers work too.
