We hear that fish and other marine creatures are migrating north because the water is getting warmer and is thus not the correct environment for them. One assumes that this is an instinctive reaction, part of the evolutionary way that life forms manage to survive.

Given our far greater intelligence, why then did Man stay in areas of the world such as Africa where drought and famine are rife? Those parts of Asia where flood and severe weather is common?

Current thinking is that Man first existed in Africa and that, thus, some of the species DID move to more suitable climes. What caused the rest to stay? Did Man evolve into two (or more)slightly different forms? Is African man, or Asian Man, EXACTLY the same species as European Man?

I am not asking for theories, but for a pointer to some work of reference where I can find out what current thinking is.

If you could pick just one character out of any book or show or movie, and just judging them completely from their personality, you know...not by how good looking the actor is or how beautifully/handsomely decribed they are in a book or anything like that...which character would you say that you could almost fall in love with? It's a common pattern among hate crimes that the attackers always hit the face more than any other body parts. These two Hispanic thugs who've been terrorizing Flushing Meadows are reported to assault and rob many Asian males--80% of their victims are Asians: more specifically, Asian males. If you've read the medical report of what happened to the latest victim who almost died from the beating, the parallel of racist beatings is congruent to that of a group of racist white men beating a black male.

How come I don't find anything in the press that this is a hate crime? Are hate crimes efficiently only what the whites do against anyone else?

By the way, this is not the first time I've heard of this kind of new hate crimes.

i met this guy through a friend of mine. and we like each other since we first met. but our family fianicial and background is totally oppsite. he is very poor almost only 1 meal per 2 days but i am studying in a private school and he never study anymore.
I havent met him since we are together, we been talking on the phone. But i'll met him this sunday. He been online a lot with me but mostly he just playing game but we still can talk. He borrow some money from his friends and he told them that on sunday he will pay them back which mean it is my money. i say i aint want him to borrow money. He keep saying that i dont love him.

Does he really love me or my cash?
But if he doesnt, y he say he will move to my province to stay with me. He say he will work or study and live with me.

"Oh yeah," said Bubba. "I remember now." He picked up his No. 2 pencil and started to write the answer in the blank. He stopped. Tapping Tiny's shoulder again, he whispered, "Tiny, how do you spell farm?"

"You are really dumb, Bubba. That's so easy. Farm is spelled E-I-E-I-O."
