Yeah, we don't really do lucky colors...it just stays red.
Red represents luck, fortune, happiness, etc.
Maybe you're thinking of zodiac animal? It's the year of the pig I think.
This might help:

and from the wikipedia article on the color red...
-In ancient China, red was the symbol of fire and the south, and is one of the main five classical colors.
-Red also symbolizes the Han Chinese people, China's majority ethnic group. The literal meaning of the name of the first historic Chinese dynasty is "blood red" (Yin, 殷).
-In Chinese symbolism, red is the colour of good luck and success, and is used for decoration and wedding attire (during the traditional half of the wedding ceremony, while the bridal attire in the modern half is usually white). Money in Chinese societies is traditionally given in red packets. Stock market gains in China and other East Asian countries are displayed in red, while losses are displayed in green.

Oh and just to be safe, white represents death in Chinese culture.

Red
Gold is the colour of the Emporer, so it is also good.
White is death (along with the number 4)
And 2007 is the year of the Pig. If you were born in the pig year, then on the first day of the chinese new year, you should where all red clothing.
