You are making excuses. If he loved you, he would make his future with you now and not fuss about his career. Wouldn't you drop everything to have a future with him? Well, he obviously dosen't want that with you because he has made other choices several times.
Let go. Even if he was attracted to you, your obsession with him would scare him away very fast. Any sane man would run from the obsessive focus you have on this guy.
Try to love yourself and make a life that a man would find appealing and want to share with you. Who knows, your target man might change his mind if he saw you acting like a sane and safe person to be around.
Let go. Live your life. Stop feeling so sorry for yourself. It won't solve a thing.

Maybe you are still too young to become serious in love. Take it easy and don't be too in a hurry. There is a time for everything.

Know what you want, first. Don't look for things in him. Find them in yourself, first.
I'm sure he's a nice guy. Most guys are when you date them. Know yourself so you know what you want.
I have to admit that it sounds more physical than anything else.
Don't let yourself get hurt in that trap. Guys can do that and will do it without thinking. I know. I am one.
