Mine are ice cold water, ice cold tea (esp. green tea), hot cider/wassail, and hot chocolate. I crave water and tea the way most people crave soda.

water(unchlorinated, unpolluted and fresh from a pure and cold mountain spring), hot green tea, ice cold Thai lemongrass tea, fresh fruit juices, Italian sodas, San Pelligrino ( the blood orange is great), white wine with juicy strawberries at a picnic, mulled wine in winter while seated right next to a fireplace, sparkling champagne, old fashioned mead, a good port with cheese, Irish drink of hot chocolate with a dash of whisky in it (can't remember the name now but it sure felt very good after a cold and wet hike in the wintry rain), ice cold freshly pressed sugar cane juice, warm Japanese sake with the freshest sashimi, Ribena ( both cold or hot depending on the weather), herbal teas, mulberry tea..... mmmm.... what shall I make now......

I love hot orange and spice tea, with a little bit of cream and sugar-substitute. I also do not drink many soft drinks, and a fresh strawberry smoothie is alway very delicous. Apple Cider, not too hot though, is another one of my favorites.
