I think we have to look at it from both sides. Men and women enter marriage with some unreal expectations. Men think that marriage will be a continuation of dating and this women will never change. When she does, after the marriage and she starts reconnecting with the friends and family she had put on hold while they were dating. He feels like she is slipping away from him she doesn't go with him like she did and she must not love him. He doesn't feel the respect and there fore starts with drawing.
The women feels the withdrawal and her fear of becoming disconnected start becoming a reality and she is not getting the affection she requires. They both will start looking to find these needs from other places

because they are not getting what they want from their marriage. It would be better if they would try to work on their marriage but we live in a time where marriage is not sacred anymore
