Everyday when I wake up I worry what the day will bring.I have been dianosed with depression and have anxiety from the depression.I worry if I will have a heart problem or stroke or what to expect in the way I feel for that day .I get up and do things Im suppose to but deep in my heart I worry.I see a therapist and take meds but cant seem to shake this feeling of worry.I am getting older now and retired and scared something is going to happen to me.I just can't shake this feeling no matter how hard I try .is it because im older now and have time to think and worry about my mortality ?Why do I worry so ?I used to not.Nothing scared me nor worried me.Now the worry that I endure everyday wears me out.I get so tired and exhausted I wake every morning with feeling so tired already .Please if you have any suggestions beside another doctor or medicne please respond but please no smart answers im depressed enough.I dont want to bother my wife with this she has enough worries.But im every lone

I really want to go to Japan for the summer because i can't go to my grandparents, cousins, or friends. I really don't want to stay home and i ahve always wanted to go to Japan. I asked my parents and they took it as a joke. How can i convince them i'm serious and to let me go? I've looked up hotels and they are actually pretty cheap. I did the research on the "dangers of the big city" and everything. They still take it as a joke. I understand why they might worry, because of my age (13), but i truly want to go. I tried telling them I'd stay in the Hotel and hang out there but they still aren't convinced. Please help me.

I went to dinner with a friend who has no children. I got really upset with my kids cuz they were crawling all over the place. She tried to butt in and give unwanted advice about how to control them. She knows cuz she saw super nanny and her aunt has 3 wonderful boys. So now she is implying that i'm not a good mother. I told her that I'm tire of people who have no kids telling mothers how to raise theirs. I guess she got offended. Bottom line: friendship is over...my annoyance with my kids reminded her of her own mother which raised her concern. What do you think?

Why do you think that way? Alone meaning you have only minimal day to day interaction with people, such as a transaction at the bank or buying groceries, but nothing outside of that. I'm interested to hear what people have to say.

Our neighbors always give us baked goods for Christmas, we aren't close throughout the year, just at Christmas 2 of them bring us cookies and stuff. I'm not a baker but feel terrible that we don't ever return the niceties. Any suggestions for a New Year's gift? One is mormon, so don't suggest booze.

they claim that there are more straights having aids than gays
yeah,it is true,but don't cheer too early
in USA, 56,8% male who are infected with HIV are those who adopt gay behavior
but the gays will shout out:"look at africa,most aids patients are straight"
now what is the difference between an average straight american and an average straight african?
the previous has better medical care,and is better educated
the latter does not
and an average gay american also has better medical care and is better educated than an average straight african
and why there are such a small number of gay africans that have aids?
because straight africans are hostile to gays,so the gay africans don't express themselves freely and they are safer
that the best way to protect gays from infecting HIV is to discriminate against them is quite ironic
Aids is not a straight disease,it's more likely the disease of those whose name i'm so afraid to mention for fearing to be reported by them
