password for what? all passwords usually have a security question or email request where it sends it to your email

where you login, there will be a little sentence...........forgot login information....or forgot password..click whichever one it is and they will let you fill out a little questionairre that you filled out when you got the I.D. answer the questions right and they will e-mail your pass word to you.
