im just wondering if there are any people that live in Mn that enjoy getting out there and looking for Gem's or any thing Valuable out there that live in MN and how do i start where to i start what do i need where in Mn would i need to go the only think i know about doing is panning for gold in the rivers or streams

My computer is less than a year old, and the disc drive hasn't been used that much. Lately, it has been reading CDs, but not DVDs (blank or otherwise) it states that the drive is empty when it is a DVD format disc in there. I have tried reinstalling the original software , and updating the software with updates off of the internet, but it's still not reading? Anything else I should try before I pay an arm and a leg to have it sent to Timbuctu for repairs? Normally, I would assume that the disc drive has somehow been disconnected, but for the fact that it reads CDs fine...?

Many of us have probably noticed that food items such as Heinz tomato Ketchup contains an ingredient called 'spirit Vinegar'.

In the past they never said what type of vinegar, and all it said as i recall on the ingredients list is that it contains 'vinegar'.

After the limited research I did online, I found that spirit vinegar contains a small amount of alcohol in it, hence 'spirit' vinegar!

has any body been able to find anything reliable that states that it is halal or haram?
I did find many islamic website that say it is halal, but that doesnt seem to enough to convince me


what do you guys do when it comes to food with spirit vinegar?

This is driving me crazy. It says it requires X11. Ok, fine, so I try to run the program and is says "Please install X11". So I went to apple.com and downloaded the X11User.dmg file, but it won't let me install it because it says a newer version already exists on my hard drive. So how can I install it if it won't let me, but it requires something that is says I already have?! I refuse to use MS office but this is really making me mad. Any ideas?

She has been mostly awake for 7 hours now. The longest she has ever been. I have been feeding, changing, rocking, gave gas drops, and drove her in the car. She wakes up as soon as I stop. I am rocking her now and she is calm but when her binkie falls out of her mouth she screams. What is wrong and what can I do to make her feel better and take a nap?
