I am really bummed out, I got dumped two days ago and I have found that I ate a whole bag of chips and a container of dip. What do you like to pig out on when stressing?

If I'm really stressed, I can't eat anything. When my husband left me 18years ago, I lost 25 pounds in about a month and a half!!
