I have a very big anger problem with a smart mouth and i'm trying to learn how to control that but i don't know exactly how to. And when i try to control it i hold it in and i heard that wasn't good for your body or yourself. And i've tried meditation and that doesn't work i don't know if i'm doing it wrong so any advice on how to meditate correctly or how to control my anger without anger managment???And aslo how to stop letting people get to me?

Isn't that part of the preaching, to love all, to love thy enemis too. Can you love everyone would be the realist question here. By loving everyone including your enemies, wouldn't that in turn make you a very poor judge of character. By loving everyone, wouldn't that make the word Love just a word and not a deep feeling. By loving everyone wouldn't that make you one and the same with everyone else leaving you raped of your individuality.

They for some reason think this is their country. At University, they had the nerve to request that a place for them to "rock back and forth" a million times a day be established. Maybe we should request a church be built on campus as well.

- Hi, I need some advice please. I would like to live and work in the US and teaching is the career i am currently training towards. I am on a PGCE 11-18 yr old ICT course in the UK, at a university and have worked for a year previously in a school as a learning assistant/librarian/IT manager. I have a degree in Business Studies, but am on an Information/communication/technology post graduatre teaching course, to augment my skills. - I become fully qualified as a teacher in a year or so, in the UK, so what do i need to do to teach business studies or Information/communication studies in the US? - I know that because of the federal system each state is different, so it is a bit confusing to me. - Are there any teachers out there or professionals who know about such things, or have made a similar move? - Is there a state or two in particular, where things might be simpler for me? pls advise, thanks! yesterday i called up a dental clinic and requested for this dentist to give me jab before cleaning my teeth. he quoted an additional $200 for the jab!!!!! How could that be?!!! Broad daylite robbery!!! Think i idoit??? Anyway anyone know any dentist got any other way to clean teeth beside the stupid drilling??

My hubby and I have been married for only 1 1/2 yrs. but together for 3 1/2 yrs. We have 2 very small children together, and I have 2 children f/ first marriage. The problem is all we do is fight. About my kids, money, who gets less sleep, (I am a stay-at-home mom, he works 50 hrs/wk).We sleep separately. The final straw was today, when he didn't turn in some info to the insuranc co. that I asked him to do mos ago, and now we have to pay for things that should've been covered. I love him, but I think the stress is becoming too much. Should I leave him and raise 4 kids on my own, (I raised the first 2 alone, so I know I can do it), or should I try one more time? Obviously I think he has good pts or I wouldn't have married him. He helps w/ the little ones, he provides all the money for the bills, (though I actually pay them, or they wouldn't be on time), and I know he loves me, is faithful, and he comes home every night. Help?
