and what about building 7? How come that building blew up?

I believe Bush & many ranking members of his administration were involved in covering up the details surrounding 9/11. Look at the list of the tenants in WTC 7- SEC, CIA, DOD, City of NY emergency center which Rudy never used, & several banks & investment companies. Marvin Bush, George's brother, is a board member of Securicom (sp?), the firm responsible for security of the WTC Complex, United Airlines, & Dulles Airport in DC. He & the landlord of the complex, Larry Silverstein between them had total control of access. Larry also reaped a profit of over $1 billion beyond the total lease price of the complex from Insurance + he no longer had to deal with a 10+ year old court order to remove the asbestos from the building Which could have cost up to $1 billion. For the first time in history, 3 skyscrapers in the same city block collapsed into their own footprints. No high rise, steel or concrete framed, had ever collapsed in such a way, ever, w/o the use of explosives.

Beyond the string of unbelievable coincidences, we have a group of people with motive, opportunity, .and the availability of the people & materials to blow them. There is also no doubt that Bush (or at least Cheney) had to know what was coming since 11 different foreign Intelligence agencies + our own warned such an attack was coming soon.

No proof that anyone did any particular thing, but there is a lot of evidence disputing the 9/11 Commission report. So for starters, I suggest we insist the investigation be reopened. Some fairly heavy hitting politicians, military, & intelligence officials think so also. Click the link & draw your own conclusions.

OK.

Cheney was in command of NORAD, which is responsible for air defense of the entire United States. He was unable to scramble a jet to intercept any of the four hijacked airliners? Not one jet for Washington DC for 90 Min? By the air wings website they are in the air within 5 minutes of receiving the order. Either gross negligence or ?

Secretary of Transportation Minetta testified before the 9/11 commission (which I saw on CSPAN) and stated that as the target approached the pentagon, a young civilian asked the VP "does the order still stand", seemingly very concerned that the object was within 10 miles of the Pentagon. The VP replied that yes the order still stood and asked the man if he had heard anything to the contrary.

If the standing order was to intercept there would have been no need to ask for the status of the VP's order. If however the order conflicted the standing intercept and destroy orders, then clarification would be needed by someone that was worried about the results of the defensive hold.

I was in the Military for 14 years and no one would have posed a question like that of a normal standing order.

Even though his Staff had been informed that "America is under attack", the Secret Service failed to follow normal emergency procedures to immediately evacuate the President out of and away from a public school (softest target in the country) where the entire world knew he was.

Again either gross dereliction of duty or they had no reason to suspect that the President was in any danger

The President of the United States when informed of an attack on American soil, did not want to interrupt a reading lesson for school children in order to get any amplifying information or give any orders or contact the White House or his Staff to ensure that the proper emergency procedures were in progress?

AGAIN gross dereliction of Duty, or he froze mentally or he knew what was going on.

I do not know these answers, nor do I claim to. There are many questions about that day that we may never know the answer to because the Administration allowed the exportation and destruction of all of the evidence while Bush refused to start in investigation for I forget how many hundred days.

Why to this date has Usama Bin Laden not been charged with any crimes related to 9/11? We invaded a Sovereign Country to make him pay for these attacks, but five years later we don't have enough evidence to at least charge him with something?

If you have no questions, I almost envy you. I would love to enjoy the peace of mind and absolute trust in my Government that this event has taken from me.

I served for more than 14 years until forced out on medical due to an injury. From boot-camp to this day I get goose bumps when I sing the National Anthem. I love my country and it breaks my heart that the actions of these persons and others have broken my rose colored glasses.

All I ask for is a REAL investigation, not non-partisan, but independent. Investigate the questions, the theories of how or what weapons were used are not nearly as important as the QUESTIONS.

Questions are not theories. and there are many questions ignored by the 9/11 commission, and too many secrets kept by the Government. Why the foot dragging, then disabling the commission, why the secrecy around Bush and Cheney's testimony? We all saw where the President was - what could he possibly need to conceal about that day?

Find the answers to the questions and let the information lead where it will. Then let the theorist battle the specifics out.

Despite the ridicule of other answers on here I still believe in freedom of speech. Therefore since your question is not spam or derogatory I feel it is worthy of an answer.
There has been much contraversy over this and questions like this. When you start really digging for answers about our government your going to get mixed views and unclear facts. They make the rules there in congress and therefor can bend them to suit there own needs. You will probably never really know the answer to this question no matter how hard you try unless you become a ploitician yourself. However there is some skepticim about Bush at least having a forewarning about these events. And if its my personal opinion I would say that although he probably didn't order it or have men set it up I believe he did know about it. I would rather not list my sources but it goes back to 1987 during a conference in NY city. There is a tape of that conference that if you watch it closely you can put two and two together but thus prove nothing except to yourself.
Happy hunting

The U.S. has been caught red-handed many, many times. If you want to be taken seriously maybe you should start holding the U.S. government accountable for the events that are provable; not the urban legions that are out there to mislead and divert people from worth-while political activism.

You can speculate all you want about these non-issues or you can get involved and build movements to stop the real atrocities that our government perpetrates.

So far in Iraq the U.S. government has been responsible for the deaths of hundreds of thousands of innocent men women and children.

This well-financed theory is a plant from the Bush Administration to make its opponents seem whacko. The fake conspiracy is also a form of state terrorism: If they can pull a complicated thing like that off, they must be extremely intelligent and control practically everything, so we better shut up or they'll disappear us and kill anyone who asks questions about what happened to us.

BOO!

Yes they did.
And they blew up the levee system in New Orleans so that they could kill black people.
And they caused that sunami in Indonesia, so that they could drive up the price of coffee beans.
And they stole the election from Kerry.
And they chased those hikers up Mout Hood and wouldn't let them come down.
And they fed that russian spy plunonium sushi,
And the implanted a brain tumor into congressman johnson a few weeks ago.
and they made the pope denigrate the muslim faith.

Gee, did I miss anything? Damn Bush administration....... they implanted me with a mental block.... what the heck!!!!!!!!

God your 9-11 conspiracy freaks annoy me.

Yeah GW brought down the planes by himself. Or wait, he had his whole administration, army and special forces carry out the mission and they pledged their alliance to him and not one person has talked over the course of 5 years.

You are an idiot. THINK before you talk/type.

No that is taking things a little to far. G.W.B. may not be the greatest President we've ever had but come on now, there is no way he would have been involved in that! I will have to stand up for him on this one.

Nancy,

The buildings didn't "blow up".

They collapsed and no, I don't think the Bush Administration had anything to do with it.
