Hating you will be a game, played with cool hands and slim fingers......I love the sound of it cause I really don't like someone right now for my own personal reasons and I wanted to find a quote that expressed my feelings, but what the hell does this mea, lol???

My guess is this:

Playing a game: obvious
Cool hands: you know, playing it cool, laid back
Slim fingers: makes you think of a light touch

So, I would say it means the person who is playing this hate game won't outright, obviously let the person know he hates that person. The hate will be underhanded, sly, coy. The words of hate the hater says to this person could very well be considered nice words by someone who was listening that didn't understand, but only that person can understand what they mean. I think those movies with those catty southern women who throw their snide little comments out at one another might be a perfect example. They sound like a compliment on the surface, but underneath, it's the sharpest cut. This is a very difficult game to play. You have to be a careful wordsmith.

Cool hands and slim fingers refers to a theif, a pick pickpocket or a safe cracker. Someone who is very adept and sure of themselves, someone whose hands never faulter. Someone who does it , for the joy of being able to do as well as they do. It is their "game", the thrill of being the best.
