I live in Minnesota, USA
And Minnesota is known for cold climate.

But this winter is so warm and almost no snow (actually it rains instead).

I don't feel like i live in Minnesota

I am starting to worry that things like in the movie 'the day after
tomorrow' happens pretty soon.

I personally think we Americans burning too much fuel and energy.

But I don't think none of us will stop using them.

Anyway I think there are too many population on earth already.

And world's population increases rapidly each year,

and i think the pretty soon the earth's natural cycle will fail and get

****** up


Even we don't use any fuel, still people produces CO2 by

breathing. and body heats. etc

I think we should reduce world's population by any means.

less population = ok to burn the fuels and do all the crap.

Anyone agree?

Last week, it was learned that DNA testing arranged by the prosecution at a private laboratory found genetic material from several men on the stripper's underwear and body, but that none of it came from the players.

"The reality is, what else could the DA do?" said Stan Goldman, who teaches criminal law at Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. "Once the DNA evidence came out last week, I can't imagine how they could sustain a rape charge."

But Wendy Murphy, a former prosecutor who teaches at the New England School of Law, said the decision could actually help Nifong by keeping any discussion about the results of the DNA testing away from the jury.

"It may be that this is a strategic move to insulate the trial itself from a sideshow that certainly would have overwhelmed all the other evidence," Murphy said. "A sideshow about her sex life."

is it possible for people to get cervical cancer if they have Not had sex? I always hear it advertised that every female who has had sex should have a papsmear at least every 2 years. Why is it not necessary for females who have not had sex to have a papsmear?, can't they get cervical cancer as well?

Went Christmas shopping this morning with a girlfriend. We stopped to get breakfast first at a well known good restaurant w/a breakfast buffet. As soon as they put out some fresh eggs, bacon etc... A wheel chair bound unit owner has been renting his units out. He purchased the units while in a wheelchair over 3 years ago. The elevator is on the lobby level which is built over the parking lot. You must climb 13 stairs to get to the elevator. He demands that volunteer residents carry him up and down the stairs so he can visit and inspect his rental units on the 15th floor. Otherwise, he'll sue the condo assn. under the ADA for an elevator chair on the banister to travel the stairs. Since he has incorporated ownership of the rental units, he used to hire people to carry him for the stairs. He has apparently stopped that practice.
