You have to go and make Wudu all over again: Wipe 3 times over your head, face, hands (up to elbow), rinse your nose, mouth and then over the feet. Also, we use RUNNING WATER when we go #1 and/or #2 because we wanna be clean and sorry to say but there is no way a dusty piece of tissue is gonna take away that stuff. Water is the best way to remove any dirt and be clean again. And yes we have to repeat our prayer after we make our Wudu (cleansing).

not just your hands, you repeat the whole process,( hands, elbows, head face, feet...) and then you start praying from the start. and if you fart a gain, then yes you go back and do it all again....

lol you dont just wash your hands you have to do wadu (cleansing) to pray. thats cuz you have to be clean when you are praying.
