First of all, you're not supposed to fed dogs chocolate at all. It can kill them. Second of all, he's probably jerking all over because the chocolate is working it's way into his system. You should take him to the vet so that they can remove the chocolate from him.

Chocolate is toxic to dogs. It contains an enzyme their systems cannot metabolize, and leads to kidney failure.
Other foods they should not eat for the same reason...
Onions
Grapes & Raisins

i hope that this is not a for real question . Because chocolate is deadly for dogs . You should read about dogs before getting one and feeding it chocolate. good luck .

Any kind of Chocolate and Peanuts are deadly to a dog. I would say, take it to the veterinarian right away, because if you don't, you might lose him. Please take him now if you haven't already.
