When my parents married 27 years ago(they split about six years ago)my dad was in the Royal Green Jackets and he always regretted giving it up,even though he did this because they had me and he didn't want me to have the unsettled moving around life that this can bring,and at times i have felt bad for him.This is why when he split from my mum and was dating like a teenager,always with girls younger than me and my brother,i could understand the reason for his bachular ways.There was a girl he was with for 5 years but she ended up breaking HIS heart,but other than this he lived life like he had never before,and he loved it.That was until six months ago when he met his older and less appealing bride to be,YES I DID SAY BRIDE!.Now if i knew that this was that he really wanted or if he looked happy then i could relax but everyone i know has agreed that there is something unsettling and strange about this woman and i just can't figure out what it is.This then put with his past history,

My 3 year old cat HATES having her nails trimmed, but she's an indoor-only pet so there's no question that it's absolutely necessary.

I've been doing it since she was a week old and it's never gotten easier. I've always been gentle - never trimmed more than the tip, never hurt her - use specialized cat clipper/scissors, have someone else to help hold her, wrap her in a towel/blanket, everything I can think of to make it as comfortable an experience as possible - yet it never fails that I walk away bleeding!

I refuse to pay $18-25 every other week or so to take her to a vet or groomer to have them do it for me, but the hassle is becoming more than I (or she) can bare! What else can I do?

PLEASE - any serious suggestions would be sincerely appreciated!

I had a tumor 2x2.5x3cm in my thryoid.. total removal of thyroid has been done two weeks ago. It was diagnosed as hurthle cell variant of papillary cancer. What is the usual protocol in australia for this? Has anyone had cancer in their thyroid and NOT had RAI??

this guy and i just recently found out we have liked each other for years but we never acted on it. we have been talking about it for about a month now, the problem is we live far away from each other so we usually talk online or on the phone.

he has told me he is "really into me" and he cant wait to see me, and get to know me more. while talking one night he kind of joked about moving somewhere far away together and if we did it we could get married in vegas. i have always known when i get married its gonna be in vegas so i would not mind.

anyway, i now am completly in love with him. im serious i would drop everything in my life if thats what it took to be with him.
he says he likes me a lot. but i am scared to tell him exactly how i feel because i dont want to freak him out. should i go on the same and see what happens or do i tell him right now?

and if i do tell him, how should i say it? i mean i dont want to make it awkward

I'm in high school, and I absolutely love writing. I feel I have talent in English, and I especially enjoy creative writing. I've already started writing down different ideas for a future novel with a group of consistent characters. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I could one day pursue a career as an author? Does anyone have any advice, tips, or insight that might be helpful? How difficult is it to get a book published? Thank you for your time.

For the past two years I've been to church and have had a crush on this alterboy. It's been a year now that we have been exchanging our looks in church, and while he was at the alter! God forgive me but I try not to look at him. I'm older than him I think...he looks like he is 20. Just guessing there.... but I feel that there is an attraction between us.........None of us ever made the move, how could we? We are in church?
