I remember watching a cartoon about 10 years ago on British TV in the morning which I loved and no one apart from my brother seems to remember it. The cartoon was about space battles, which involved single person spacecraft which the pilots controlled by directly wiring them up to their brain.

I seem to remember one of the enemy groups in the cartoon which later joined sides with the good guys were called "Pirates" or something along those lines, but I'm really not sure.

OK bear with me as I don't mean to offend anyone with this question, but I'm not good at putting my thoughts in to words.

I was wondering if you actually have to believe in the words of the bible without question to become a vicar/priest- I've seen a lot of church figureheads on the news recently disputing the stories in the book and offering their own interpretations relating to modern science.

I only ask because I try to lead a 'christian' life, that is as Jesus taught rather than what the modern and, in my opinion, corrupt, church dictates. I would like to therefore become a vicar without being affiliated with the church- is this possible?

Alternatively can I become a vicar through the church and then separate myself from it, whilst maintaining my role as a vicar?

Thanks for your help, please can I only have serious, open-minded and informed answers please- sorry once more if I have offended anyone as it was utterly unintentional (but good christians will forgive!)

i had a m/c in july and have been trying again since. i went back onto a regular cycle straight away, but the 2nd month started spotting for 2 days before i came on. the the past 3 months i've had 5-9 days of spotting with only 1 or 2 days of what i'm used to as a normal period. i don't know if the normal bleed is day 1 of my cycle, or the 1st day of spotting so i don't know when i'm fertile! it does always start at the same time each month so i'm regular in that respect!

I have been a smoker for 15 years. I have tried slowly cutting down. I have tried cold turkey. I have tried patches, gum, and losengez, none of which has helped. I am addicted. I have four children I don't want to turn into mrs. bit.h and I fear loosing my temper with them trying to quit. I also fear gaining more weight as I have already put on fourty pounds this year. I am a full-time student, and stress out easily. When I try to quit I have tons of anxiety, sweats, shakes, no differently than someone coming off some other drug. Last time I quit I was doing quite well, but my taste buds were reexperiencing things for the first time, and many of my favorite foods tasted nasty... so nasty that I resorted to sweets for norishment ad keep the foul taste out of my mouth. I grew up a third generation smoker... I want a better quality of life than ending up with stroke, heart attack, cancer or emphazima. I want a better quality of life for my children also unlike I had.

It is extremely difficult for me to find a lipstick that is not too overbearing for my complexion. If I wear a bold red, it is too vibrant.. and I am too dark for a sheer pink. What color would you suggest? I would also like to know from someone who knows about make up, whether my skin has red undertones or yellow.
