I need to copy a file on to a cd on my computer (i dont mean music) I mean something from microsoft word!! PLEASE HELP!

I would like to buy a new ipod (my old one is a 4gb mini) I'm not sure if I should buy the 30gb ipod video or just the new 4gb nano. Can any one who has an ipod video tell me how they like theirs so far?

By the motion of the body we consider its direction.
A body moving towards north with increasing velocity has both directions of velocity and acceleration towards north.
But when a body moves in circle ,acceleration becomes perpendicular to velocity and right hand rule becomes affective.
But why right hand rule is affective when there is no movement in perpendicular direction.

I am 43 and used to work out religously. I have allowed myself
to get about 60 lbs. overweight. I have aabout 30 min. each day.
Give me a good 30 min. workout that will help me achieve my
goal. I have access to either machines or free weights and include
some cardio if possible. I could do 5 days a week.

My birthday is 2 days before Christmas and generally I get separate gifts . Once in awhile I will get a gift that is labelled as a combined Birthday/Christmas gift. My dogs love to be in the fresh air and lay in the sun so they spend quite a bit of time outdoors. Any time I leave I have to lock them up in a kennel because every time I come in to piles and puddles and by that time they don't know why they are being scolded. I am a stay at home mom with a 1-year-old son, so they still get lots of attention and when I leave it's usually not more than 20-30 mins. Even in that small time frame I find messes 95% of the time. I have 2 females, Pepper (5 years) and PJ (Pepper Junior( 2 years) momma and daughter, respectivley, if that helps any.

well, its been a year since i graduated from high school, and since then i've gotten married and had kids. so i'm not sure of what hairstyles are in right now. i'm too busy with kids and work to really care about my hair. anyway, i have shoulder length, curly hair with short layers in the back, and long layers in the front. it looks nice, but i'm trying to grow my hair out long, and its at that lenght right now, where i get fed up and want to cut it all off again. i do try to straighten my hair, but its always frizzy anyway. any suggestions on up to date hairstyles, good hair products for frizzy and curly hair, and whats the best color for highlights right now? (oh yeah, i have reddish brown hair) i will be greatful of any suggestions! thanks!

Is it normal for patients who just had surgery to go through 'memory loss"? The nurses tell me that the one thing that would help him is for one of his relatives to be right there in order for him to recognize the things in his life. The problem with that is that he's in Texas I'm in California and cant get out there. Will he snap out of this? I'm totally tripping out.
