I didn't graduate from college with any fancy technology oriented major, just a simple BA in something i dont even use. I don't have job cause i'm having a lot of trouble finding one, and i'm not a communicative person, i'm a shy person. I just sense it in my father that he thinks im a failure even though he doesn't say it . My father is an immigrant from mexico and he was the success story in his family, he worked since young ..accomplished the most in his family coming to the usa and buying ahouse, making money, taking care of his parents financially and even helping all the other family members..and so on. But then he sees me, and i'm a nobody. right now i don't have a job but i'm going to probably end up with a simple office job but he expected alot more. wow that feels bad. But i can't do nothing, i'm not the kind he wants me to be. perhaps i dont' have the success he had cause i'm shy. should i feel bad, or let it just be?

I didn't see it, but one of the TV shows tonight did a recap of Rosie laughing at Barbara for using place cards at her dinner parties. Rosie made a dumb crack about only giving barbeques, herself, and not needing place cards. The recap ended with Barbara giving her, "I'm gonna have to kill you" look. Loved it. And tonight Jimmy Kimmell had Regis on his show and did everything he could to keep up the Bash-Rosie. I keep looking for evidence that Rosie is going to have to clean up her act. Will Barbara keep up the story that Rosie is the best thing that has happened to The View? Then I can't wait to see what the worst thing is going to be!

my dad hate my bf and thinks hes a total dumbass.
my bf isnt good at being introduced.when i took him to my parents house he hit his head on the door frame ( hes 6'8)
and laughed like and idiot saying h remeberd something.
abd he kept falling the whole time ( his feet are really small for a guy his hight ).
and then my dad started interigating him;
dad : how much do you make a year ?
my bf : i forgot...
dad : what are your entinions with my daughter ?
my bf : umm.. well what do you want them to be ?
dad : do you pay taxes ?
my bf : there to hard for me so my friends do them for me...
daddy : (0_0)
me : umm... baby why dont you go play withb the dog hes in the back yard.

did he really make that much of a bad empression on my dad ??

My grandma is going to get her carotid cut tomorrow in an operation, and she will have huge cholesterol build up scraped off from the inside wall of the artery. I'm sure she will be fine, but I would feel better if I knew there were some more people praying on her behalf. I would also like some specific prayer for her to start living more healthfully, since that is what caused the problem in the first place. I sincerely appreciate anyone taking the time to pray for an individual they don't even know. May every person who prays come before Christ with boldness knowing that He will hear and answer according to His will. Thank you.
