my dad hate my bf and thinks hes a total dumbass.
my bf isnt good at being introduced.when i took him to my parents house he hit his head on the door frame ( hes 6'8)
and laughed like and idiot saying h remeberd something.
abd he kept falling the whole time ( his feet are really small for a guy his hight ).
and then my dad started interigating him;
dad : how much do you make a year ?
my bf : i forgot...
dad : what are your entinions with my daughter ?
my bf : umm.. well what do you want them to be ?
dad : do you pay taxes ?
my bf : there to hard for me so my friends do them for me...
daddy : (0_0)
me : umm... baby why dont you go play withb the dog hes in the back yard.
did he really make that much of a bad empression on my dad ??
if you where my dad would you let him be with me ???

Well although you have to let your parents meet your boyfriend it is not up to them if yall be togehter.(if you are of age) If you like your boyfriend and enjoy having him around then you should be with him until YOU cant stand him anymore not because you dad dont lik ehim. The relationship is between you and him, not you , him and your dad. Even if he dont like him that dont mean that you shouldnt either. Is your boyfriend just goofy anyway and was just acting the way he acts all the time around you and just being himself? If so, you knew that this is how he was in the first place before you took him to meet your parents. Although he could have tried to act better, he was probably just being himself.
My dad dont like my fiance and we are still getting married, but that is not making me not love him or making me not want to be with him. In fact that makes me love him more and want to be with him more just because he dont approve. The relationship is about me and him and my dad is not anywhere in our house, state, or relationship, so he is not in it.
If you feel that he is the person that you want to be with go for it, dont let any1 stop you from being happy. You just might regret it later if you break up and see what things could have been like for yall when he moves on and find some1 else and are living a good happy life together.

Honey, this is entirely my opinion, but you have got to get yourself straightened out. IF I were you, I wouldn't let him be with you, let alone what your father might think. He obviously isn't off the top shelf. He just wasn't even trying... Sorry, I wish I had something nicer to say...
