Okay my cousin and his wife well ex wife now that have split but he had adopted her son.. When he was younger and she says she is gonna take his son away.. Since he adopted him that is his son legally right or can she just jerk the baby away just like that

He is legally his. He should fight her on that. It is not fair to the child, who will be hurt in this.
