Everytime I lose more weight it hangs more. It is driving me crazy. I dont want anymore sergury done on my body. Please help me out.

Ok I need help but with stuff I can refer on Yoga is something I have little time for. I was to Hemorriod cream and seran wrap.

This is what happens when you diet or do exercise to reduce your weight and fat. You can easily cure this problem by doing the following yogic exercises everyday and you will see the remarkable change in you..
1. Arathamathesendrasan (reduces the folds on the side)
2. bhujangasan ( reduces the fat & creases on the back)
3. halasan ( flexes the muscles & reduces the creases)
4. dhanurasan ( flexes the muscles & reduces the creases)
5. sarvangasan ( controls the whole body to perfection)
6. mathsyasan ( increases the chest & reduces the stomach)
7. nauli kriya ( the best for stomach and most important for you)
8. mayurasan ( very difficult but best for the belly )
9. bhastrika pranayanam ( breathing exercise, very best and must as this controls BP, prevent lung diseases, increases the brain power, will never get cough or cold and controls your anger and other violent emotions, brings in crimson complextion to the face etc,etc)
10. sevasan. ( This is the last exercise and this removes all the stress and strain of all the above exercises )

You are just going to have to wait for nature to tighten up the skin.

Otherwise, there are corsets, not all of them are uncomfortable or large. Some are rather thin, and totally unnoticeable under clothing. There are also girdles here and there which extend up onto the belly, and hold it snugly.

**Also, don't do jogging. It is jarring, and is not going to help tighten the skin at all. If anything, because it is jarring, it will help to stretch the skin more.

And please try to remember, a little extra skin isn't going to hurt you. But you are so right not to want any surgery, it is very unhealthy to have surgery, especially unnecessary surgery. Just give it some time.

My cousin was 26, and her abdomen grew very large with her son. Well, she lost weight soon after giving birth, but for a year after she had him, her skin over her abdomen looked like crumpled up crepe paper. It took maybe two years, but it looks almost completely normal now.

sorry to say but yep a tummy tuck is about it... I have the same problem cause I had to get a c-section... sucks

go for jogging...

don't wear to loose dress...wear something that is tight in waist..
