I take a multivitamin daily, two grams of Omega-3 fish oil, and Brahmi.... I'm not interested in taking an antidepressant (like Prozac, Zoloft, etc.) or doing therapy.

Please help!!! I have tried several methods but they don`t work.
I set the alarm of the mobile. It starts at 6:40 and snoozes every 9`. Well, i don`t care!!! it may ring a million times and i will get up at 9,9:30 even 10! i ask my friends to call me - they freak bcs i don`t answer the phone. My mum once was at the door of my room and she called me on the phone! When i asked her if she`s crazy, she said, i am afraid to come closer and wake you up because then you yell so much!!!! i have this problem since high school. I can`t find ANY solution. And because i love my work i must do something, otherwise they will...kick me out.Even the owner of the company comes earlier to the office than me!!! i am desperate...

Our relationship had gone all a bit routine. Me and my ex girlfriend were together 3 years, and were very very close.
She started working at a pub in the evenings a few months back. Then one day, she called me and said that we should have a break. The next week, my friend saw her with another guy. I called her and she said it was nothing, but she's now with this guy.
It was all getting a bit boring so I wasn't very bothered at first, but as soon as I found out about this other guy I went mad! I slipped in to depression and was depressed for about a month. During this month, I would call her and she'd tell me that she still loved me but it's not fair to get back with me if she's got feelings for this other guy now.
2 months later and I'm trying not to think about her anymore, but the situation keeps playing on my mind.
Any idea's how long this will take? She is friends with a group of people who are friends with my friends, so I still hear about what she's up to and vice versa.

I love Alexander de Markoff Enigma perfume, and also Charles of the Ritz. I had been told by my local perfume shop, and several duty free outlets that they had both been discontinued.
