I feel I am not working hard enough...each morning i come to office and then basically browse fpr sometime check the mail and if there is work to be done i do it !!!...its not like i dont work at all but....In the MNC they believe in the culture of doing all things beforehand...I too have a list of some things that needs to be done about 2 months from now, ideally I should be tackling those issues but i am not doing that..I am a person who does things on time and not before time......mind you I have never been late on delivering my work...but somehow i cant do things beforehand...
and here in office everyone sits late into the evening, while i leave on time..and I am feeling guilty because i am doing that !!!(but i get the work done)
Is that bad..is it my attitude...please advice

Is it legal to post links to someones website without there permission?
what i mean is, if you post a picture from someones web site without there permission that is considered stealing, but is it considered stealing to post a link to the website that the picture is on? and is there a law against it?

I was hired before the Holiday rush. The person who hired me said nothing about it being solely a seasonal job. But, considering it was just around the time they were hiring for season- who knows? My question is, how should I go about seeing if that was their purpose in hiring me. And if so, talk to them about making me a permanent employee. I really enjoy this job and don't want to leave if that is, indeed, their intent. I mean, what do I say to them to make them say, okay maybe we should keep her around...Thanks for any advice.
