what kind of fluids are you drinking? if it's high in caffiene, it's harder for your body to process the water out of it. try something high in electrolites, like sports drinks.

Well my Ob says to drink 3 to 4 more glasses of water a day during pregnancy. But dehydration can be a sign of diabetes. So definatly talk with your OB about this

my cousin sister was dehydrating so often during her pregnancy(from the begining of the month till end untill she gives birth)...
when she consulted the doctor ,Dr. told that there is not enough water for the baby, and she should take bed rest untill she give birth(coz it may lead to miscarriage),
ThankGOD now she gave birth(normal delivery) in the begining of 8 months itself(premature baby) and now the baby is under the vigilance of the Dr. in the incubetor(i hope i spelled it right!) untill the actuall due date comes(since this is the premature baby) the baby has to be in the incubetor is seems.

she gave birth in the begining of this month(dec3) and still in the incubetor.

May God bless you with good healthy baby.

Being thirsty all of the time is a symptom of diabetes.
with all the other problems you having, I would suggest you go and see a doctor asap and have a blood sugar level taken amoungst other blood work to find out what's going on.
