My friend "met" a guy from USA through a marriage portal. They keep chatting for hours on end. He has dropped 1-2 hints but also keeps saying that god knows what will happen. They talk like frenz, pretty casual stuff, he appreciates her maturity and good nature. sometimes he appears pretty serious, but only sometimes. they seem to be a good match, as persons and family background etc. he says he's planning to come early next year to india. Hi everyone.. There is a guy who really likes me, and he's nice, but he's so needy, and kind of a loser. He's 28 and still lives at home with his parents. He doesn't have a job, and when I ask him how the job search is going, he says he isn't even looking. He spends his days playing on the internet, playing video games or watching cartoons. Everytime we talk he asks me if I missed him, even though we may have talked earlier in the day. I've tried to tell him that I'm not interested in him as a boyfriend and he just ignores me. I'm a professional woman, I don't live at home with mommy & daddy, I work hard for everything I have and it's really annoying to me to have some guy be so "clingy". He lets people walk all over him, he doesn't stand up for himself at all, he has no opinion what-so-ever and I've tried to be nice, but now he's gone all stalker. I don't know what to do. He's a good guy and an good friend, but I don't want him as my boyfriend. What do I do??

While I was studying abroad in Mexico I was raped by one of the managers at a popular club there. As a result in less than 3 days, the guy who raped me, a friend for two months was sentenced to 40 years in prison. At the time, I was really drunk because he had bought myself and my friend 3 bottles of champagne which we promptly drank. He didnt drink anything. The reason why I feel guilty is not only because he was our friend, but because I feel like I said "no" up until the point of the rape and I was so drunk and confused I could only push him off at the last minute...And only after when he tried to get me to continue he let me out of the room because I began to cry. I feel maybe because I didnt fight him hard enough while he was doing it, he didnt realize that I truly didnt want it. The whole time I was telling him no,he said, that he knew we liked each other. The thing is, it was a horrible thing, but is 40 years too much? I just feel horrible, esp. cuz he could be killed.

i have a water garden with a few fish in it. some fantails and a shubunkin. ive had them in the pond since spring this year. this morning i lost one and the other male doesnt look like hes going to live. i live in fla. and was wondering if the stress of our weird winter could be causeing death. my other guys are doing great. they are swimming around just fine eating the algea off the sides like normal. my water conditon is fine and i always add my bacteria and clean the leaves out of the pond. so theres nothing rotting on the bottom. the fish that died didnt appear to have any parasites or infection it just died. so any help would be great!
