im planning to buy it jst from walmart or target coz i dnt really get out much..

You can just knit or crochet a straight pattern or mayb with stripes.
Depends on the type of yarn you use. Maybe $5
I make them for our friends for Christmas

my mom was on a knitting addiction for scarves and she said that next time it's better to just buy one because the prices to make/buying the materials for it, cost the same as if you just bought the scarf, but yes that does depend on the material and store...

Probably around $15 because the knitting needles, yarn, etc. aren't very cheap. You should shop at Michael's, though. I think their quality is better, but it's all up to you.
