If you go to www.parker's.com and the "used car prices" you can get a full breakdown of what any car would be worth.
For example, I've entered your car as:-
Vauxhall Corsa Hatchback (00-03)
1.2i 16V SXi 5d 2002/52
Average mileage 40,000 miles
And it has given me prices:-
Original Price £9,695
Franchised Dealer £4,520
Independent Dealer £4,210
Private Good £4,000
Private Poor £2,830
Part Exchange £3,555
But I guessed a lot of your details

About £4000 or less seems reasonable with some negotiation,a ssuming the car has an average mileage for it's age. It is a higher-spec trim, but don't let any alloy wheels and the like fool you into paying more than necessary. Besides, there's plenty of these cars to choose from if the seller won't budge.

in case you % to be attentive to the fee attempt and function a glance on their internet site. the fee to the broker of a automobile isn't as low as people think of, however the actual fee is project to countless factors. sellers get countless bonuses according to assembly aims like merchandising one in each of those lot of autos over a set era. somewhat the extra they sell the extra they come again in bonuses. in this way they'd somewhat sell a automobile for decrease than fee yet nonetheless make a earnings.

Depends a lot on mileage!
Are we talking like 10,000 miles or 80,000 miles? or even 120,000 miles?
