He treats employees like they are stupid and aggravate him on purpose, he is always asking me whats wrong, discussions always end up with me being accused of not wanting to be here, he takes EVERTYTHING in the defense. help me! I am losing my love for him.

I have a passion for this industry, and I am finding it hard to get my foot in the door. anything will help. Any promising leads to participate in this field I am willing to compensate for, finders fee ,suggestion fee, whatever, I find that it is hard to break through that inital door which is understandable with all the competiton, but how did you get there? I dont want to use your busniees, I want to have my own busniess, while learning ,growing , and deffinetly paying my dues someone please give me a little help.

UKIP is the only party in Britain which offers a real alternative to the new blue Labour party.
It is impossible to tell the difference between Labour and the oh so wet Tories under Cameron. Forget the Liberals they stand for all the things that most people complain about, Europe,political correctness gone mad,human rights for those who don't give a damn about yours, and of course lots and lots of taxes.
UKIP wants out of Europe, a genuinely independent UK.
It also wants our tax system simplified so that our taxes are used more efficiently, a justice system that works and supports victims rather than the criminal.An education system that truly educates and a health service that is efficient and provides patients with proper safe care in clean hospitals.
Local authorities that have real power and are more responsive and answerable to the local electorate.

I downloaded and installed "1-click answers" utility from answers.com on my win 98 machine. But installation was incomplete with message "required dll userenv.dll is missing". I contacted the answers.com and got the reply that the utility was for win xp. But I cannot uninstall the utility as I am getting the same error message "required dll userenv.dll is missing". I again contacted the answers.com and they asked me to manually remove all the relevent files, which I did. But now each time when windows starts I get error message "searching for answer.exe".

I think the registry still has entries for answer.exe. Should I delete those registry entries manually ? ( I mean all the entries not just the values). Will it cause damage to my system ?
