John Howard.. George Bush is only able to get others to fight his battles and is incapable of fighting them himself. He'd get knocked out by just one little punch!

It depends on what kind of punch it is. If it was a non alcoholic fruit punch, probablyl Howard, but if it were a RUM punch, the suck tide would run in Bush's direction.
