I have a 3 yr old lab who is great. the only problem we have ever had w/ him is that he is dog aggressive. He loves cats but can't stand other dogs. Last month my brother in law moved in our guest house with his 6 yr old wiemerramer( spelling sorry). They have to share a yard and because my lab keeps trying to kill his dog we have to take them out in shifts. Is there any way we can get these two male dogs to get along or am I just eat up w/ wishful thinking?

Dear friends in college i had friendship with a girl. slowlly she started loving me and she proposed me also. but i dont have any emotions or feelings to love her because i just thought her just as a friend but she argues that i behaved with her closely because i love her.
Now my engagement has been over 6 months ago and i love my fiancee(ie.with whom i m engaged) so much and our marriage is fixed. Now my college friend disturbs me and blackmails me. I can understand her love for me but when i am not interested, then she should avoid me. what can i do now..

They usually dont have any fees (annual or funds) attached to them like VAs do. And they dont have the downside risk since they are not actual funds. Granted they dont have the diversity that a VA with 15 different funds has, but for a basic need for someone who is afraid of the market to begin with, it sound pretty good. Your thoughts?
