Go to your doctor and get some help. Depression is often a chemical imbalance nothing to be embarrassed about. If you were a diabetic you would get meds to control a insulin imbalance right??
Don't suffer needlessly. Winter will make it worse because of seasonal disorder. When you don't get enough sun. Go get out of the house, take walks, join a support group, volunteer to help others.
Some of your issues sounds like you have some anxiety as well. Please see a doctor and get help.

Change your environment, paint the walls, move the furniture. Make the house look different. You are also suffering from a common problem, that over 80% of us in North America have during the winter months. It is called S.A.D. - sun deprivation. It happens in the winter due to the lack of "sun" and it's light. Try going to a "tanning booth" once a week. Or better still, if you can afford it, but the "light", and you can sit under it at home 15min. a day. This will lift you spirits. Join a Volunteer group, helping others less fortunate then yourself, wll put you in a better frame of mind. Think positive thoughts, and when "darkness" comes over you, "pinch" yourself between the thumb and first finger. You can also wear an "elastic band" on your wrist, and "pop" the band, whenever your feeling depressed. Keep photo's in the house, in plain view, ones that bring good memories. Burn a "lavender" incense, it is very calming. Drink lots of water, and eat properly, even if your not hungry, eat something, an apple, orange, whatever! Be very Good To Yourself, remember, you are the first one on the "ladder" of life, so you must make your Life first, and all else will fall into place, I promise you. Good Luck, and Merry Christmas.

You do sound depressed. Reach out for counseling. It's confidential. Below is a link with various hotline numbers. Please call one. Depression is a serious issue and counseling - even medication temporarily- can certainly help. Help is out there; all you have to do is reach out. You're not alone.
Are you able to move out of the house you're in? Sometimes winter, because of less sunlight, can cause or worsen depression. It's a known problem. There are treatments for it. It's called Seasonal Affective Disorder.
Please call one of the hotlines just to talk. They can help you find some help near where you live. Depression happens to many people and there are plenty of confidential treatment options.

If you want feel better, read this whole webpage. It is about you and being happy and has info from top psychologists. Plus it has info from the bible but does not look at it from the Christian viewpoint but from an entirely new perspective. It does not address God.
See Natural Healing webpage with natral healing of depression from a psychiatrists that tells what your doctor may not tell you about depression.
