Excellent question. I'm a New Yorker who's been hearing those tests ever since I can remember. But on 9/11.........nothing.
Somebody needs to follow up on this. And heads should roll.

For the same reason the Secret Service didn't immediately whisk the {resident away despite the fact that his location was known to anyone that went on the WH website: the appropriate people knew there was no threat outside the WTC and Pentagon.

Move on, I mean it's past and we can't undo it so just move on. Our country learned a lot from this great tragedy and how better to react to such situations. The same with Katrina, these were all wake up calls so now instead of dragging this thing thru the mud all the time why not do your part in making things better.

considering is in basic terms for crap they be attentive to for specific is going to take place - they knew approximately 9/11 yet did no longer somewhat notify everybody! which comprise Norad who became on a distraction project attempting to capture pretend terrorists flying hijacked planes into homes! i assume that would desire to get style of confusing!

You are right that it should have been activated, did we really need it? Every radio and TV channel was covering it live.

Why wasn't anything done according to protocol on 9/11? The level of ineptness was amazing.

Some rag heads hijacked four airplanes and flew them into the WTC in New York and the Pentagon in DC. The passengers on the fourth plane overpowered the aforementioned cowardly donkey-humping rag heads and heroically flew the plane straight into the ground.
In the years that followed, morons with way too much time on their hands...like...YOU, started various conspiracy theories about the events. In truth the whole attack was made up by the same people who are globally warming the earth. Oh and the dynamited the levees in New Orleans too. In light of the fact that every man woman and child in the whole damned world knew about the events of 9/11 they probably assumed you were included in that number and didn't bother with the EBS.
