How long to wait for a marriage proposal before giving up?

My boyfriend and I have been together for 3 years. We've lived together for 2.5 years. I want to get married, and he keeps blowing me off.
He has a good job and makes really good money. I'm just finishing up college and already have offers for job interviews. I'm not saying we have to get married tomorrow, but I'd at least like an engagement ring.. or a promise ring.

My sister got married in August & he said weddings are expensive and he adds other comments like i dont have a job yet, I dont make enough money..etc. My moms offered to pay for the wedding.
I've already told him that if we were to get engaged, i would be happy with that for now. At least then I'd know he had good intentions.

He bought me a diamond ring in July as my birthday present.

Everytime we pass a jewelery store now, he says I already have a ring. I know it was a ring just to make me shut up..

how much longer would you wait for him to propose?
why does he avoid any conversation about marriage?

What's the best way to remove nose hairs? I know you shouldn't pull them out so what's a safer way?

Sometimes my nose hairs really get long- I've tried trimming them, but wind up pulling them out- not smart i know because of infection, but they drive me NUTZ!

HELP!!!! I have an older computer 500mhz..I am going to take the stick of RAM 128 mb out of my old dell...?

and put it in my 500mhz emachine. My question is that, can I just add the stick of RAM 128 mb to an empty slot in my emachine(it is only 64 mb of RAM) so that I will have a total of 192 mb of RAM, or do I have to remove the 64 mb of ram from my emachine, and replace it with 128 MB of RAM...I don't wan to screw anything up. If anyone has done this...please explain and tell me how...any tips will be helpful

In a GVIM window with multiple text "windows," I can only reduce each text window to?

Married five years and feel like we're just roomates.?

Is it a common happenstance to be married five years and my spouse still has not added me to the title on our house. He earns two to three times more than I, insists on splitting everything down the middle and I'm the one to buy all the groceries...I dont even know if love is there anymore but I don't think I could afford being on my own. what does 1 spark plug in the engine do..?

EG8 civic automatic 92 model fuel injected...the engine trimbles & acts like it's straining to pull vehicle...so i was thinking... if one spark plug NOT working will this cause the engine to do this..?

Are Dell notebooks reliable? How many years of warranty should I get?

I hear a lot of bad things about notebooks, like the cd-rom drive doesn't work anymore or that the screen's brightness is messed up, or even that the new battery lasts only 15 minutes when charged.

So, are dell notebooks reliable? Should I get the at-home warranty or mail-in also the 1 or 3 year warranty?
