Unfortunately stains like this on suede are permanent. They may dissipate over time with brushing etc.You need to use a suede brush.
DO NOT use saddle soap or wet cleaners as this may ruin them.

It is always a good idea to protect them with a good waterproof protector as well and this will make them easier to clean. This should be done on a regular basis.
