I have known this girl since kindergarten, and it wasn't until recently that I got to know her a lot better and really enjoyed spending time with her. I got up enought courage to give her a card that said "Let these words not only touch your eyes, let them travel through your soul and rest in your heart, as you rest in mine...I love you." -Travis-. Then a few days after I got her flowers while with friends and her. She gave me a card that I read when I got home. It said "Thanks for the card!" (the exclamation had a heart at the bottom) "Love, Audra". We have so much fun together, and her twin brother is my best friend. Her family is also fun to be with. There is a Christmas party coming up and she's my guest...should I ask her to be my girlfriend after the party? Or does she even love me? Or should I give it more time?

Ok. This might sound weird, but I would really like to control my dreams. They say that dreams happen because of stray thoughts in your mind. Two of my boys (14 and 11) did something really stupid this afternoon and I'm so frustrated about now. Before dinner tonight they decided to use our garden as slip'n slide. I'm not kidding. It is extremely muddy out there and they showed up at the back door just caked in mud. They both completed ruined probably over $100.00 in clothes and shoes.

I expect my 11 year old to act up sometimes but my 14 year old is acting like he's 10. So anyway, I had them both strip down outside at the backdoor. I took them both upstairs and threw them both in the shower and rinced them off.

Both of my kids thought it was funny and were really smart about it so I told them they earned a spanking and they are grounded from outside for a week. I spanked the 11 year old right after we got done in the bathroom and my 14 year old just got it from my hubby about 15 minutes ago. We don't spank the kids that often, but I feel they deserved it.

I understand that there are a lot of people out there that take advantage of the system, I am not one of those people. I lived in housing for about 3 years, then, got out, and bought a house on my own, when I found that I was not able to keep up on the bills by myself, I went ahead and sold the house, for $10,000.00 more than what I paid for it, by the time the realestate agent got her cut and I paid for the closing costs and taxes of chourse, I only ended up with $1,700.00 in my pocket. Now I am being told that I am not eligable for public housing again because, I waited 6 months to pay off the balance that I had owed them, which was my last months rent, which I did not pay right away because I needed it for the down payment on the house I bought. At the time when I bought I had a good paying job, but the company I worked for sold out and I lost my job, and now, the only job I can seem to find is a minimum wage job, and there is no way that I could possibly afford anything other?
