I heard that several years ago, ex-Mayor Giuliani-- since he was so successful in implementing strategies in curbing the crime and corruption problem in New York--was asked by the Mexican Government to act as a consultant in helping them with their immense crime and corruption in Mexico. But the crime and corruption in Mexico has not gotten any better.... so I'm wondering what ever happened with that....?

I am feeling really lonely coz my family lives 5 hours away, and we live in a pretty rural area, and not having a liscence I dont really get to see my friends unless he drives me. The baby is due in 3 months and I know that after that I wont be able to leave without packing a million things, I asked him to take me out to our friends house tonight coz i am feeling lonely and he said no he was too tired, but then 5 minutes later told me that he was going to another friends house, that i dont get along with. So I am stuck here by myself. I tried telliong him why I was upset, but he told me I was whinging and left. How do I talk to him about it when he wont listen

I have a coworker who is from Vietnam. He is an extremely fashion forward dude with the coolest personality. He always does things for me around the workplace and I want to get him a little gift of appreciation. I found the coolest sushi set, but I am feeling a little funny about it now. Wouldn't it be the same as someone giving me forks and saucers? Ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh, I don't know!! I don't want to offend my friend!

how accurate would your estimated date of conception be if you were going by the due date given to you from an ultrasound? for instance my ultrasound said that i was due december 10 and according to that then i concieved around march 19. in other words if i am checking my conception date with the due date given to me by an ultrasound would that be more accurate then trying to figure out your conception date using the 28 day cycle and lmp method?

Im 18, engaged and very happy. I have my class B CDL, working in the construction field making really good money(1000 take home a week); to show I can support her. I have the nice car and the things I wanted, use to be a Certified Nurse Assistant(soon to be a radiologist, here in 3 years). I have accomplished so many things for being my age.

I'm not the type of dude to go out and party and get "laid" with all the girls i can get my hands on. I'm laid back. I want a family after 3-4 yrs of marrage. So...the love and commitment is there. I can also be supportive for her materially.

I want to marry the love of my life, travel and want to enjoy my youth with her. Many support us.

In my opinion..people give up to early in their marriage. I know marrage isnt all honky dory at times..but its rewarding. My fiance and I wont ever give up. I know it also...I cant and i wont live without her...is that all that matters????

I was in a long relationship for 6 years. Things between us started falling apart 1 year prior. He ended up moving and we tried to continue the relationship, but with no sucess. we remain friends, but it is hard. I thought that our love was stronger then this and boy was I wrong. Wanted to see what you think I should do in this situation:

I met someone at a conference and through this person (P1) got connected to another person (P2). When P1 emailed us both to make the connection, P2 replied quite immediately with such enthusiasm to help, giving me the impression that she wants to help. I took a week to think of my reply and wrote to her. I followed up with another email but have not heard back. Wanted to see if I should:
1. write another email to P2
2. write to P1 to see if P2 is ok or if I offend her in any way (which I'm certain I didn't but who knows, people are strange sometimes)
3. forget the whole thing (even though it is a very good networking lead).

I appreciate your suggestion...thanks!

I got my period last month on the 7th. Around 30 day cycles, making me around 8, 9 days late. I had a stressful month, but I dont think I should be this late because of stress. I have taken 3 tests. I took one first response test on the 6th day late, one on the 7th day late, and a nurse at my college took another on the 8th day late. All negative... But I still have no period. I am an extremely nervous person and I cant do anything while this is going on, which I know is making it worse. I'm not sure what to do. Although my partner never came in me, and 70 percent of the time used protection I knwo theres still a chance and I know im stupid. Trust me I know. Im just looking for answers as to why I havent had it yet. Could I still be pregnant? Or is this just stress? Has this happend to anyone? Please help. Anything will help.
