neither. because they both imply physical attraction, dont get me wrong, that is key, but not quite as important as personality and character.

As a guy, I would prefer to be called good looking or handsome over hott, or fine, or anything like that. I also don't really care much for cute. Bleh, I hate cute.

I prefer to be called beautiful. Beautiful relates to inside and out, and has a grace to it. Cute sounds like a puppy, pretty sounds like a little girl, "hot" has been used too much in the pornographic world and sounds cheap.

Beautiful because it means something more. Everyone gets called hot or cute, even pretty. But beautiful means you are special.
