As a guy, I would prefer to be called good looking or handsome over hott, or fine, or anything like that. I also don't really care much for cute. Bleh, I hate cute.

I prefer to be called beautiful. Beautiful relates to inside and out, and has a grace to it. Cute sounds like a puppy, pretty sounds like a little girl, "hot" has been used too much in the pornographic world and sounds cheap.
