im 6'3" 210lbs id like to get down to 190-200 range. Id like to know the best way to lose these 10-20 pounds without spending time at the gym. I have a treadmill but thats about it. Im not very physically active now at all. i work, come home, eat, go to bed. ive cut out alot of beer and pop hoping that would help. but i need a quicker solution. please help.

Go anywhere in india along the tracks throught the lengths you could see strewn plastics and garbage, The pantry car staff the main culprits. Then the passengers too. Can't the railways do not have a vacum cleaner and lift the garbage atleast in major stations. This non bio-degradable waste is going to kill us. Any M.P, Central Minister visit yahoo answer. Can anyone suggest how to stop this garbage.

How much notice realistically, and legally do i have to give him? I own the house. I am asking him to move out soon because he wants his son to move in with us, I say no, this is causing a lot of tension between us, but I will probably wait till after the holidays to tell him he needs to move. He has been very uncaring and inconsiderate towards me lately. he went out with his friends when I was sick, he played loud music when I was tryng to study, he invites people over without seeing what I am doing first, etc. I think all 3 of us will be happier if he leaves.
there is no lease, and the son only visits on weekends..son is 12 and emotionally, cognitively and learning disabled, with a history of violence and is not getting the help he needs, I need to remove myself from this situation.

My sister's young cat recently stopped eating as much and isn't as active but his stomach isn't shrinking any from not eating. His lymph nodes feel a bit puffy (or maybe my imagination is running away with me?). Sister just got Christmas tree and cat is drinking tree water...connected with problem? We're thinking hairball or worms...any ideas? She would like to try to take care of this before she has to make a visit to the vet.

What started out as friends ended up much more deeper than that. Now, 6 months later, we both realize that we still have young daughters at home (12 yrs. old each & 15 yr. old sons). We've grown closer together as fate would & have fallen "out of love" with our current spouses. We both married very young, and grew apart from our spouses. He & I are so much alike & have such a great time together & even dream of being together someday when our kids are grown. BUT............the problem is that he WILL NOT leave his kids now and I have moved out & left my family for him. Do I continue to wait on a dream that may turn out to be a nightmare or should I wake up & find someone new, OR should I take his advise & go back home JUST for my kids sake & PRETEND that I love my husband, like he "pretends" that he loves his wife????
WHAT DO I DO???? I NEED HELP REALLY BAD.........Please help!!!!
