Singapore City of the county Singapore, I think you can considere as the best city. Its modern and really clean. The city have a great public transportation system. The bus are really clean and convinient. They even have tv on their buses! But their trains or subways are better, because its really clean, cheap and fast. There are a lot of shopping center, cafes, and restaurant. The best about Singapore is that its really reallu safe! Its like living in New York with Long Island safety. The singaporean people do speak english. In matter of fact, its like 99% of them speak english fluently. Even though it is located in Asia, but there are a lot of white people over there. Mostly British and Americans.

There is no best city. It all depends on what you are looking for in a city. Restaurants, shops, parks, facilities, homes, water, electricity, traffic, transportation, cost of living, social environment are a few factors that can be considered to determine the city YOU like the best.
