Whats the best type of exercize to slim your thighs and legs down, tone your butt up but not make it smaller?

I'm attempting to put LED's on the top level of a shelf that to make it look more interesting, the problem is that for a power source, (the few ways I have seen them done) are always battery packs.
Is there a way that instead of having to perpetually replace batteries, just wire the LEDs so its powered by a household socket? Any input would be great im pretty new to this LED stuff. Thanks!

I'm 22 this year. And still single all this while. I haven't been in a relationship before and I would want to experience it very much. Since I'm the only child from my family, loneliness often creeps in.

I need to widen my circle of friends since most of my friends are guys. Are only clubs the areas to go and find someone ? Or are there better places ? And I feel quite nervous talking to the opposite sex. Another barrier to overcome.

I am 18 weeks pregnant and dont usually get any pains in my tummy or abdomen, but today I am in pain, u feel as though I have been punched in the stomach. I feel really winded and my breath keeps being taken. its not continuesly sore, it comes and goes and I do have a way of overeacting.

I feel as tho i need to lie on my tummy, but it is sharp pains

I wonder why we can't have smaller scale generation facilities, getting rid of the grid maintenance problems and generate power locally and distribute locally. Utilize solar, hydro, co-gen, and wind where they are available. Making people more efficient on a small scale could solve some of our large scale problems!

Particularly Wake Forest because 40% of the men are in fraternities and 50% of the women are in sororities, and that makes me think I won't find a lot of Republicans there even though it's in North Carolina and UNC-Chapel Hill was ranked higher on a list, but it's a lot of paperwork so I decided to do WF since it was on the common app.

I'm confident in Notre Dame and the U. of Georgia

Somewhat confident about American U., Villanova U., U. of Mary Washington and Catholic U. of America

Please any advice would help. Do you think this is a good list of schools? and did I make a mistake taking the easier route of applying to Wake Forest, or should I do all the paper work and change it even though I already paid to send my SAT scores there, but not the application fee?
