Most eat crickets and/or meal worms. Living conditions depend on what kind of gecko you want. Most geckos stay small enough to keep in a 10 gal tank. A good one start out with is the Leopard Gecko, they eat crickets and fruits and vegetables. Pretty cool little guys.

depends what type of gecko it is some eat crickets, mealworms etc some eat fruit veggie and crickets grasshoppers etc... need to know what kind it is to help more
