I agree with others Liverpool, Graham Souness. I liked the story that when the Doctor told him he had heart problems Souness ask for a second opinion, so the Doctor said said "OK you're a sh*t manager!!"

martin Scott closely followed by the present one Danny Wilson he constantly bleats about no one to score goals . he has a player in reserve team scoring for fun but cannot recognise the talent . this sorry specimen of a manager must must go NOW.
