Are the tRNAs molecules floating in the nucleoplasm, where transcription of DNA sequence occurs?

ok so i'm talking to this guy and he calls me "granny panties" lol simply because i'm an old fashioned kinda girl and i havent really experimented in the bedroom as much as he has. now i want to come up with a good nick name that'll just get him! something along those lines or hes the type of person that should come with a warning when he talks to girls simply because after a year if he doesnt see himself marrying the chick hes out.

I was painfully reminded how the Liberal Left sniped at President Reagan when his memory on some small issue might slip BUT here we have a man with dementia whose presidency was an utter and shamefull disaster wanting now to talk on his own to that madmen the, Pres. of Iran!

Yes, the same Iran that humiliated him and the USA for 444 days . . . 444 days of horror for the US Embassy hostages while Jimmy prayed, dirthered, hemmed and hawed!

Talk about failure!

"Now" he has dementia to boot!!! And he's not being stopped from making policy!!

He's unbalanced, a Liberal and now demented, naturally?

His public stayements have been borderline
proposterous and totally far Hyper Left Liberal
and now reportedly issued from an aged, "mentally.
unsound" individual.

My husband and I are going out of town for a getaway, just a couple hours away, we havnt really been sexually intimate for a while, 1 am 13 weeks pregnant and pretty sick still. But I want to make it special, and I am feeling better now. Any Ideas what we can do? Did your husbands still find you attractive when you where pregnant? That is what worries me.

I am involved with a recently divorced man. I love him so much and I don't want to loose him. It's just that he can't seem to let go of his ex-wife. He is always talking about her and how she hurt him. When he does this it makes me feel like I am not important. He tells me I am not a rebound and that he see's a future with me. He's always telling me he loves me. I figure if he loves me he would move on and build our relationship. Am I stupid Is this just a lost cause ? I love him to death but I'm tired of hearing about his ex all of the time and me being put on the back burner.

I've worked on Christmas day in the past just to avoid having to socialize with them. But I'm "stuck" this time. My sister-n-law is a pretentious, snobby brat with 2 sheltered, bratty children. And she wants to come in my house and sit on my couch and push my dog away, saying "I am not a dog person." Well, I'm not a "you" person, so get the h*ll off my couch", is what I should have said. I need some clever advice on how to "get her goat" so to speak.

my boyfriend is a construction worker and about a month ago he accidently got hit in the head with a crowbar and it took a good chunck of skin out. he went to get stiches and got a tetanus shot then. well yesterday he stepped on a nail... it didnt go all the way through his foot but it punctured it and it bleed only a little bit. does he need to get another tetanus shot or does the one he got a few months ago last for awhile?

My ex-girlfriend literally created an assault out of the blue and filed an order of protection against me to get me out of our rented house to make room for her married boyfriend coming in for spring training. He works for the White sox. I was on the lease but she modified it and gave the judge the forged copy. He upheld the order. There was no assault, no arrest, no police report even though they came out to investigate. She said she felt threatened because I own a gun. Do I have any recourse?Thanks for the feedback.
